The unique formula starts working upon contact with the skin, however, a nighttime application is recommended to receive the maximum benefits for a longer lasting tan. Week 1: Always wear gloves. Use small amounts and apply on clean skin. Lightly glaze over hands and feet. Bend elbows and knees when applying. Allow to dry before going to bed. Can be used on face. Following morning: Small amount of color guide will rinse away in shower, but your tan remains. Can be applied several nights in a row to achieve desired tan.
